Official baseline: Warner Bros. says direct London Euston–Watford Junction trains take about 20 minutes. The included electric shuttle takes about 15 minutes and runs at least every 30 minutes from 9:20 AM, with earlier service when the first tour starts at 9.

The buffer we use
For the Euston route, the planner combines 20 minutes on the fast train, a 15-minute planning wait, 15 minutes on the shuttle and a 20-minute studio arrival margin. The “comfortable” option adds another 20 minutes for station friction or a missed connection.
That buffer is deliberately visible. It is a planning assumption—not a claim that every trip takes exactly that long.
