Who controls the data
The Studio Tour Planner project operator determines why and how personal data is processed for this site and acts as the data controller. A publishable controller identity and a working private contact route remain outstanding privacy-gate items. They will be added here before this policy is treated as green or the site adds email collection, advertising or affiliate tracking.
Calculator data
Planner inputs are processed locally in your browser. We do not require an account or transmit, retain or sell your group size, prices, dates, entry time or travel assumptions.
Essential delivery and security processing
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. When you request a page, Cloudflare may process your IP address, user agent, requested URL, request time and security metadata to deliver content, prevent abuse and maintain service reliability. This processing is necessary for site delivery and is based on the operator's legitimate interests in running a secure, available service. Studio Tour Planner does not maintain a separate copy of raw Cloudflare request logs.

Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” Consent is the lawful basis for this optional processing. It helps measure aggregate page use, planner completions and clicks to the official operator. Analytics events exclude itinerary details, party size, prices, entry time and other calculator values.
If you decline, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. Your decision and its timestamp are stored only in your browser under stp-analytics-consent for up to 180 days. You can revisit or withdraw the choice at any time with the Analytics settings control in every page footer. Withdrawal tells GA4 to deny analytics storage, removes accessible first-party _ga cookies and prevents GA4 from loading on later pages.
The site's GA4 identifier is G-QH6T8RME48. The verified property configuration retains event-level data for two months and user-level data for fourteen months, resetting the user-data period on new activity. Aggregated reports may remain longer. See Google's privacy policy.
International processing
Cloudflare and Google operate internationally and may process data outside your country. Their privacy and data-transfer terms describe the safeguards they use for those transfers. Studio Tour Planner does not authorize another use of calculator inputs because those inputs are not sent to either provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Because the site does not ask for an account or direct identifier, the operator may be unable to connect an analytics record to you without additional information.
Email, advertising and affiliate tracking
Email collection, advertising pixels and affiliate tracking are not active. They remain blocked until the site has a working private contact route, accurate purpose and retention disclosures, secure storage where applicable, and tested consent or unsubscribe controls.
